4-in-1 ESC for 3S–16S LiPo with an AT32F421 MCU, 68001Q driver IC and parallel low-resistance MOSFETs in dual-TOLL packaging. Per-channel current ratings are listed separately for 14S and 16S.
Per channel: 14S — 140 A continuous / 160 A peak; 16S — 120 A continuous / 140 A peak. Both peak ratings are limited to ≤5 s.
